BAR TOUR I used to have to do a bar tour in Ibiza Town every Monday night, quite often to bars not of my choosing... If I was to do it again today, these are the bars and cafes I'd take you to, and why. It's currently in a vaguely alphabetical order, but I'm going to shuffle it round a bit so that you could theoretically hit all of them in order, which I guess would mean starting at Café del Mar, and probably ending up at either Bar Red or Can Misses (that's the local hospital for those of you that don't get that particular in-joke). If you go to any of these bars and mention my name, they'll have no idea who you're talking about, and you won't get anything free, but you will get to see a side to Ibiza the herd doesn't usually reach! And if you do bump into me, I'm always partial to a vodka limón...
